Jewel Eye accepts all major credit and debit cards. Alike:
Visa/Visa Debit/MasterCard and PayPal
Please Note that all transactions are all Encrypted for security and safety. Also, all transactions via credit and debit cards are subject to security and validation checks, this is to ensure both parties are safe and free from any fraudulent activity.
If you require an refund or exchange please contact email@example.com, stating clearly in the subject line: 'Query for Product' as we are a paperless company.
Note that customers have 7 days to inform us of a refund or exchange from when the item is received. (A tracking number will be sent and we will be notified when product is received).
And a 30 day period once the product(s) are received to let us know of any issues. Once the 30 days has passed, Jewel Eye will no longer offer a refund.
Exchanges and refunds will be processed once the item(s) have been received to Jewel Eye in the original packaging and have been unworn and show no signs of wear.
Please note that if the item(s) is more expensive than another, the customer is liable to pay the difference.
If an exchange is required for a less expensive item, the difference will be refunded.
Shipping costs cannot be refunded when exchanging or returning item(s), as fees are to be made by the customer.
Furthermore, if a product is faulty please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, and a replacement will be sent. However, the product must be sent also as soon as possible in order for Jewel Eye's team to evaluate. This will then either be approved or rejected for a replacement of the product. If approved a new piece of jewellery will be sent as no cost, if rejected a full refund will be issued.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st class tracked and signed for to guarantee the product is received and will arrive within 1-3 working days.

Once orders are completed, customers will be sent a confirmation email for their order from Jewel Eye.
If item(s) are undelivered by Royal Mail then a delivery note card will be left with the instructions. However, the item will be delivered to your local post office depot ready for collection. This will require you to take the card left by the Royal mail and valid I.D to the depot, therefore items will be given to the rightful owner.
